Decree No. 254 on the Control and Management of Ozone Depleting Substances.

This Decree provides for restrictions on the production, import and export, placement into the market, use, collection and storage, recycling, recovery and destruction of ozone depleting substances in order to gradually decrease their use until complete phase out.
The Decree bans the import, export, placement into the market and use of ozone depleting substances listed in Annex 1 and of products containing these substances listed in Annex 2 except in cases specified in the text.
The Decree further bans the import and export of substances listed in Annex 4 as well as of products and appliances listed in Annex 2 operating with, containing or manufactured with such substances from/to countries not listed in Annex 5.
