Abstract
This Decree adds certain provisions to the Decree No 6 of 26 October 2018 on the terms and procedure for granting financial aid under the National Programme for Support of the Viticulture and Wine Sector in Bulgaria for the period 2019-2023 (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 93/2018, and last amended in the Gazette 16/2021). Change are regarding certain added provisions to articles 46, 64 and 111. In article 68 (paragraph 2) indications on relevant European Union legislation are here cancelled.
