Abstract
This Decree regulates the terms and procedures for the grant of financial assistance under the terms of the National Programme for Support of the Viticulture and Wine Sector in Bulgaria for the period 2019-2023.
This text contains the measures for the following parts of the support Programme: Restructuring and conversion of vineyards; Promotion in third countries; Investments in enterprises; Harvest insurance.
Sections II and IV are setting the requirements for candidates and terms and procedure for obtaining the certification necessary for participation in incentive and support Programme. Section V provides for terms and conditions for applying for the above mentioned financial assistance; Section VII provides the terms and conditions for granting the compensation for producers for loss of income. Section VIII offers the provisions on monitoring and cross compliance.
