Decree amending the Decree No 11 of 15 May 2007 on the conditions and procedure for the recognition of organizations of producers of fruit and vegetables and their associations and the terms and procedure for approval and amendment of the approved operational programmes.

This Decree amends certain parts of the Decree No 11 of 15 May 2007 on the conditions and procedure for the recognition of organizations of producers of fruit and vegetables and their associations and the terms and procedure for approval and amendment of the approved operational programmes (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 42/2007).
Changes are related to the added reference of the Council Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 of 22 October 2007 establishing a common organization of agricultural markets and on specific provisions for certain agricultural products, and Commission Regulation (EC) No 1580/2007 of 21 December 2007 laying down implementing rules of Council Regulations (EC) No 2200/96, (EC) No 2201/96 and (EC) No 1182/2007 in the fruit and vegetable sector; article 2 is repealed; in article 3, as in the rest of the text, the Commission Regulation No 1432/2003 is generally replaced by the Regulation No 1234/2007; general replacement of the reference to the Regulation No 1433/2003 with the Regulation No 1580/2007; article 20 is fully re-edited (concerning the conditions and procedure for approval and modification of operational programmes and activities); and several changes to the Annexes, including the new Annex.
