Decree amending the Decree No. 14 of 2005 on the conditions and procedure for issuing permits for introducing non-native or reintroduction of local trees, bushes and hunting species into nature and on taking into account the opinion of the public in the region of reintroduction.

This Decree amends certain provisions part of the Decree No. 14 of 2005 on the conditions and procedure for issuing permits for introducing non-native or reintroduction of local trees, bushes and hunting species into nature and on taking into account the opinion of the public in the region of reintroduction (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 88/2005 and already amended in the Gazette 59/2018).
Changes are related to the contents of the article 6 of the original text (in paragraph 3 the words “forest fund" shall be replaced by "forest territories"; in paragraph 16 on the new indicated state official, Director of the Executive Forestry Agency); article 11 (issues National Council on Biological Diversity); article 12 (permit requirements); and inspection and control related provisions from articles 18 and 20.
