Decree No. 14 of 2005 on the conditions and procedure for issuing permits for introducing non-native or reintroduction of local trees, bushes and hunting species into nature and on taking into account the opinion of the public in the region of reintroduction.

This Decree regulates the terms and procedure for issuing permits for: the introduction into nature, including introduction for breeding and rearing for the purpose of breeding under conditions controlled by man, of non-native trees, shrubs and hunting species; the re-introduction into the nature of local trees, shrubs and hunting species extinguished from the local fauna and flora, also with attention to the public opinion in the region or area of such reintroduction.
