Decree amending the Decree No 3 of 17 February 2015 on the conditions and procedure for the implementation of direct payment schemes.

This Decree amends several provisions part of the Decree No 3 of 17 February 2015 on the conditions and procedure for the implementation of direct payment schemes (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 16/2015, and already amended in Gazettes as listed in the title).
Changes are related to the schemes from article 18; article 19, paragraph 5 is repealed; right to support for dairy cows also in relation to the Regulation (EU) 2016/1012 (article 19); definitions from articles 20 and 21; support to farmers ( and goat farming, article 23); in article 27a issues on Bulgarian Food Safety Agency; indication of the national Veterinary Activity Act in article 27b; milk producer related provisions in article 27c; vegetable and greenhouse production payment schemes in article 30, 30a, 30b 30c and 31; also various parts of the Annex are amended and replaced (see the attached new Annexes at the the end of this publication, including the new set of administrative forms).
