Decree amending the Decree No 5 of 3 September 2018 on the application of rules of organic production, labelling and control and on the issuance of permits for control activities for the verification of the compliance with rules of organic production as well as for subsequent official supervision of the controllers.

This Decree amends certain provisions part of the Decree No 5 of 3 September 2018 on the application of rules of organic production, labelling and control and on the issuance of permits for control activities for the verification of the compliance with rules of organic production as well as for subsequent official supervision of the controllers (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 75/2018).
Changes are related to the provisions of article 36 on rules for transition to organic production (added reference of the Regulation (EC) No 834/2007; and ISO standard reference); general amendments and re-editing of the Annex 3 to article 48 of the original text (also several European Union document are introduced and listed).
