Abstract
This Decree defines the terms and conditions for: the application of the rules on organic production of plants, animals and aquaculture animals, plant products, animal products, aquaculture products and foodstuffs, their labelling and control, in relation with the requirements stipulated in the Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 of 28 June 2007 on organic production and labelling of organic products and repealing Regulation (EEC) No 2092/91, and other (see article 1); the creation and maintenance of information databases; the procedure of verification of compliance at different stages, from initial packaging and labelling, to the inspection aimed for official controllers.
