Abstract
This Decree amends certain provisions part of the Decree No 6 of 26 October 2018 on the terms and procedure for granting financial aid under the National Programme for Support of the Viticulture and Wine Sector in Bulgaria for the period 2019-2023 (published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 93/2018).
Changes are related to the provisions on monetary compensation for loss of income (article 5); tax issues in article 6; vineyard register definitions in article 7; obligation of the Bulgarian State agricultural fund; several applicant and user administrative details; new interpretation of the financial year that means that the year beginning is on 16 October of the previous calendar year and its ending is set for 15 October of the current year; and other minor adjustments.
