Decree amending the Decree No 6 of 26 October 2018 on the terms and procedure for granting financial aid under the National Programme for Support of the Viticulture and Wine Sector in Bulgaria for the period 2019-2023.

This Decree amends some parts of the Decree No 6 of 26 October 2018 on the terms and procedure for granting financial aid under the National Programme for Support of the Viticulture and Wine Sector in Bulgaria for the period 2019-2023 (published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 93/2018 and already amended in the Gazette 8/2019).
Changes are related to the terms and conditions for applying for financial assistance (article 13 of the original text); indication of the Delegated Regulation (EU) 640/2014 in article 30, paragraph 2; list of non-eligible activities (article 51); legal requirements for applicants and indications and list of relevant European Union documents (article 52); several application terms and conditions (article 56); compliance criteria in article 58; contractual procedure form article 59; terms and deadlines for receiving the support (article 63, 64 and 74); and monitoring provisions from article 66.
