Abstract
This Decree amends several provisions part of the Decree No 6 of 26 October 2018 on the terms and procedure for granting financial aid under the National Programme for Support of the Viticulture and Wine Sector in Bulgaria for the period 2019-2023 (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 93/2018, and already amended in Gazettes 8 and 39/2019).
Changes are related to the modified contents of the article 32 (promotion measure in third countries); article 36 (details on the maximum amount of financial assistance from the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund); article 39 (details on terms and conditions for participation); article 44 (application for an advance payments); article 46 (terms and rules for the final payment application); and article 48 (related to the general and specific requirements for origin marking, visibility of trademarks).
The Decree here also provides for new Annex 8, see the end of this publication (samples of related European emblems or symbols).
