Decree in the implementation of the Law on hunting and protection of the game.

This Decree regulates the conditions and procedures for the implementation of the rules and principles and actions originally provided by the Bulgarian Law on hunting and protection of the game, concerning the organization and management of hunting economy, right to hunt, management, use and protection of game, also including the issues on trade with game and game products, organization and conduction of organized hunting tourism and the manner for determining the caused damage.
This text further provides for animal health and conservation provisions, methods and hunting equipment, game marking rules, powers and duties of relevant national bodies involved in game hunting management and control, and contents and issues of the hunting development programme.
The Annex is also part of this text (several technical sheets, lists and game hunting specifications).
