Abstract
This Decree adopts an Ordinance on the requirements for quick-frozen foods, which is aimed at defining the following: 1. the characteristics and name of quick-frozen foods intended for human consumption, hereinafter referred to as "quick-frozen foods"; 2. the requirements for the production of quick-frozen foods; 3. the temperature requirements for quick-frozen foods during their transportation and storage; 4. the methods of labelling and marking quick-frozen foods; 5. the sampling procedure and the method for measuring the temperature of quick-frozen foods. List of repealed national legislation is given in the article 1 of this text.
