Decree No. 185 of 15 August 2003 adopting the Regulation on the procedure for licensing public storage facilities for grain, registration of granaries and on the control of their activities.

This Decree officially adopts the provisions of the Regulation on the procedure for licensing public storage facilities for grain, registration of granaries and on the control of their activities.
The above mentioned Regulation sets out the necessary administrative and procedural matters as regards the procedure for licensing of public storage facilities for grain present and operating on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. Article 3 states that only a licensed public warehouse or registered granary may enter into a grain deposit agreement as official deposit recipient.
This text further defines issues on for registration of granaries, including the rules for exercising official controls over such facilities and activities.
