Abstract
This Regulation governs in detail the activities and products under the Principal Text. In addition, it rules also the issuance of licences for industrial processing and manufacturing, and those for trade in tobacco and tobacco products. There are special provisions in Chapter Eight regarding the paper band certifying that excise duty has been paid to the State.
