Abstract
This Decree provides the conditions and procedures for assessment, evaluation and confirmation of energy savings data, for energy savings realized and deriving as results of implemented measures for energy related activities, performed on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, and listed as follows: the production of electric and/or heat energy; the transmission of electricity, heat or natural gas; the distribution of electricity or natural gas.
This type of data assessment is aimed at confirming the effective quantity and amount of saved energy.
