Law on the Agricultural Academy.

This Law defines that the Agricultural Academy shall be a national autonomous budget organization under the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Forestry for scientific research, for scientific-applied, innovative and educational activity in the field of agriculture and food. The Agricultural Academy shall carry out its activity within the framework of the state agrarian policy in accordance with the common agricultural policy of the European Union. The Agricultural Academy shall develop a Strategy for research, research and application, innovative and implementing activity in the field of the agricultural sector, which is accepted by the Management Board and approved by the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Forestry. The strategy is updated every three years.
