Regulation on the structure and activity of the National Agricultural Advisory Service.

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Bulgarian Law on the Agricultural Academy, determines the structure, the order of activity, the functions, the organization of work and the number of staff of the National Agricultural Advisory Service. The Service shall be an administration, which shall assist the Executive Director in exercising his powers, shall technically ensure his activity and shall perform activities for the administrative servicing of the citizens and the legal entities. The Service shall provide consulting services, up-to-date information and technical assistance to farmers for the implementation of efficient and competitive agriculture in the Republic of Bulgaria.
