Abstract
This Law amends, cancels and adds several provisions to the Bulgarian Law on support to farmers (originally published in the Official Gazette 58/1998, and last amended in the Gazette 63/2020).
Changes are regarding the added indication on the establishment and operation of an information system for the integration of spatial and register data (article 1, item 8; and deriving changes in other articles as follows); amendments regarding different procedural issues contained in articles 30, 32 and 33; further articles 35, 41, 43 are amended; in article 47 certain deadlines are also changed (extended until year 2023). Chapter “Final provisions” is setting new functions and means of the application of certain terms of this Law, also regarding the legal interaction with other national laws and deriving obligations.

Entry into force notes
This Law enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette, with the exception of article 12, which shall enter into force on 23 December 2020.
