Abstract
This Law sets the provisions aimed to offer the necessary state support (incentives, subsidies, concrete and direct and/or indirect financial and other forms of sustain) to farmers (present on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria).
Major aims and scopes of this Law are regarding the socio-economic progress, use of agricultural land and development of agricultural production in less favored areas, various types of relevant monitoring, development of organic farming, development of domestic market and the necessary expansion of Bulgarian good to the foreign markets, and various other principles relevant to the state support for local farmers; and the implementation of necessary European Union documents as listed at the end of this text.
