Abstract
This Law amends certain provisions part of the Bulgarian Law on water.
Changes are regarding the modifications to the article 13 (paragraph 2) related to the state property procedural matters; articles 19a and 19b (municipal ownership of water, water bodies and water management systems and facilities, definitions of waters and water bodies); several modifications to articles 138a and 138e (protection against the harmful impact of waters).

Entry into force notes
The Law enter into force on the day of its promulgation in the State Gazette, with the exception of article 6, which shall enter into force on 7 July 2018.
