Law amending the Law on the implementation of the common organization of agricultural markets of the European Union.

This Law amends some provisions stipulated by the Bulgarian Law on the implementation of the common organization of agricultural markets of the European Union (Official Gazette 96/2006; 16/2008; 10 and 82/2009; 26 and 80/2010; 8/2011; 99/2013; and 12, 14 and 57/2015).
Significant changes are related to some general terms, definitions and denominations; technical and administrative updates (product conformity monitoring); various references of the European Union and European Council Directives and other related documents to be considered and/or adopted as standards; and other provisions defining the rules and duties regarding the competent local authorities and/or institutions.
