Abstract
This Law hereby provides for rules and terms aimed to: regulate the procedure for implementing the common market measures (included in the General organizations markets (CMO) of agricultural products to the European Union, also denominated with the label /EU/); define the state aid measures that are part of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP, /EU); determine the functions of the authorities and bodies competent to apply the measures here stipulated; determine the necessary relations with the European Commission; defines the offences and penalties.
This Law further defines various relevant issues all regarding the implementation of principles of the common organization of agricultural markets of the European Union (on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, as member state).
