Abstract
This Law amends certain provisions stipulated by the Law on social protection of the Republic of Bulgaria (Official Gazette 35/1996; 14 and 26/2000; 28/2001; 112/2003; 18, 29 and 30/2006; 13 and 64/2007; 36 and 43/2008; 10 and 103/2009; 87/2010; 19 and 39/2011; 22, 38 and 91/2012; 27 and 66/2013; 98/2014; and 14 and 61/2015).
Major changes are related to the many general terms, definitions and denominations; provisions defining the rules and duties of the competent local authorities and/or institutions; some land ownership issues.
