Abstract
This Law amends some articles part of the Law on protection of animals (Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 13/2008; 80/2009; 8 and 92/2011; and 53/2014).
Changes are related to the specific programmes for the local and national overall control of the population of certain animal species; and some offences and penalties that are related to the lack of performance regarding the required work that was planned and/or requested as mandatory (for both public and private subjects).
