Law amending the Law on seeds and propagating material.

This Law amends several provisions part of the Law on seeds and propagating material (originally published in the Official Gazette Bulgaria 20/2003, and already amended as specified a page 1 of this text).
Changes are related to the added sentence to the article 1(the provisions of this Law shall not apply to seed and propagating material destined for export to third countries); changes to the article 6 that sets the field inspection rules; article 9 (laboratory analysis); articles 13, 14 and 16 (official varieties and variety lists and catalogs); variety testing and entry of varieties in the official register (articles 18 and 19); cancelled provisions of the article 20, paragraph 7; variety, homogeneity and stability testing (article 22); issues on the storage, manufacture and trading with seeds and propagation material (article 28); production and marketing of seed material (in articles 31 and 32); and several provisions of the Chapter 7 (on import and export form third countries).
