Law amending the Law on support to farmers.

This Law amends various provisions part of the Law on support to farmers, originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 58/1998, and already amended several publication as listed in the title of text.
Changes are listed as follows: some general definitions and terms are modified, words "single area payment scheme" shall be replaced by "direct payment schemes"; word "ecological" shall be replaced by "organic"; and word "fisheries" is replaced by "maritime affairs and fisheries”; several provisions related to the managing authority of the Rural Development Programme for the period 2014-2020 are re-edited and re-defined; article 10 of the original text is completely amended, and new European Union text references are indicated. Also some financial issues and terms of payments are also amended, articles 43, 45 and 46.
