Abstract
This Law amends many provisions part of the Bulgarian Law on tobacco and tobacco products of the Republic of Bulgaria (Official Gazette 101/1993; 19/1994; 110/1996; 153/1998; 113/1999; 33 and 102/2000; 110/2001; 20/2003; 57 and 70/2004; 91 95, 99 and 105/2005; 18, 30, 34, 70, 80 and 108/2006; 53 and 109/2007; 36, 67 and 110/2008; 12, 82 and 95/2009; 19/2011; 50/2012; 12 and 14/2015; and 19/2016).
Major changes are related to the general tobacco related definitions, denominations and new technical terms to be adopted; international trade provisions and rules, and necessary administrative issues; and other necessary terms of relation, adoption of the principles and cooperation with the European Union bodies.
