Law amending the Law on tobacco and tobacco products.

This Law amends some provisions stipulated by the Bulgarian Law on tobacco and tobacco products (Official Gazette 101/1993; 19/1994; 110/1996; 153/1998; 113/1999; 33 and 102/2000; 110/2001; 20/2003; 57 and 70/2004; 91 95, 99 and 105/2005; 18, 30, 34, 70, 80 and 108/2006; 53 and 109/2007; 36, 67 and 110/2008; 12, 82 and 95/2009; 19/2011; 50/2012; and 12 and 14/2015).
Major changes are related to the general terms, definitions and denominations; administrative updates (forms, procedures, public administration); terms regarding the regional agricultural provisions in relation with tobacco cultivations and necessary monitoring, reporting and other; various technical issues and provisions; and other relevant provisions all regarding the tobacco and tobacco production, tobacco products and tobacco market rules.
