Abstract
This Law amends various provisions part of the Law on waste management of the Republic of Bulgaria (Official Gazette 53/2012; 66/2013; 61/2014; 98/2014; and 14/2015).
Significant changes are related to the implementation of the rules concerning the animal by-products, including processed products that are also under the terms of the Regulation (EC) № 1069/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 October 2009 laying down health rules concerning animal by-products not intended for human consumption and its repealing Regulation (EC) № 1774/2002; and references of many European Union documents that are observed (various issues from recycling, waste disposal and many other).
