Abstract
This Ordinance regulates the terms and conditions for providing emergency financial assistance pursuant to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/2675 of 10 October 2024 on providing emergency financial assistance to the agricultural sectors affected by adverse weather events in Bulgaria, Germany, Estonia, Italy and Romania. Financial assistance shall be provided to farmers (engaged in corn cultivation) who meet the requirements under articles 5 and 6 of this text. Conditions and procedure for submitting an application for emergency financial assistance are specified in Chapter Three. Detailed conditions on and procedure for providing emergency financial assistance are given in Chapter Four. Provisions on mandatory notification to the European Commission are laid down in article Five.
