The Bulgarian National emergency plan- Part 2: “Flood protection” is a thematic emergency planning document The action plan in the event of an accident at the Kozloduy nuclear power plant (NPP) determines: - the organizational, localization, protective, radiation-hygienic, medical-prophylactic and other measures for the protection of the population, material and cultural values, food, water, animals, agricultural production and the environment; - the emergency planning areas of the NPP in the event of a nuclear or radiation accident.
