Abstract
This Programme sets the Bulgarian national programmed support for the viticulture and wine production sector for the period from the year 2019 to 2023.
The Programmme further determines several related procedural issues, financial and incentive provisions, market and competitiveness measures, insurance, and other national viticulture production and general development topics.
This text is based on the following documents: Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 establishing a common organisation of the markets in agricultural products and repealing Council Regulations (EEC) No 922/72, (EEC) No 234/79, (EC) No 1037/2001 and (EC) No 1234/2007; Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1149 of 15 April 2016 supplementing Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the national support programmes in the wine sector and amending Commission Regulation (EC) No 555/2008.
