Abstract
The Ordinance amends and adds various provisions to the Ordinance RD-02-20-5 of 15 December 2016 on the content, creation and maintenance of the cadastral map and cadastral registers (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 4/2017, and already amended in Gazettes 25/2018 and 8/2019). Changes are regarding the contents of articles 4, 5, 6, 8, 11, 13, 14, 17, 18, 19, 23, 25, 28, 30, 32, 33, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 42, 43a, 44, 46, 47, 51, 52, 56, 57, 58, 59, 61, 62, 65, 67, 69, 71, 73, 74, 75, 76 (repealed), 77, 78, 79, 80, 81, 82 and 83. Also the contents of several Annex are amended (including added indications on protected urbanized territory, protected agricultural territory and protected forest area in Annex 2).
