Ordinance RD-02-20-5 of 15 December 2016 on the content, creation and maintenance of the cadastral map and cadastral registers.

This Ordinance defines the content, the conditions and the procedure for creation, maintenance and storage of the data into the national cadastral map and related cadastral registers.
This text further defines the territorial classification terms, geodetic requirements to be fulfilled; method for determining correct physical boundaries; possible restriction zones; administrative-territorial list of necessary documents; duties of owners and holders of land parcels subject to cadastral mapping and registration.
These maps shall also serve for establishment and maintenance of the property register; elaboration of development plans and investment projects; creation of specialized maps, registers and information systems. Several national Law are used as legal basis (forest sector, agricultural land; unified land cadaster; road transport).
