Abstract
This Ordinance amends several parts of the Ordinance No. 5 of 24 February 2015 on the implementation of measure 12 "Natura 2000 payments and the Water Framework Directive" of the Rural Development Programme 2014-2020 (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 16/2015, and last amended in the Gazette 18/2019).
Changes are regarding the new indicated EU Council Directives (article 2); certain technical conditions (articles 5 and 7). This text further amends the contents Annex 1a (table 1) which is attached to this publication.
