Ordinance N. 20 of 7 July 2008 on the terms and conditions for providing grant under measure "Recovery of forest potential and introduction of preventive activities” under Rural Development Programme for the period 2007-2013.

This Ordinance, based on the provisions of the Bulgarian Law on support to farmers, regulates the conditions and procedure for providing aid to projects under the measure "Restoration of the forest potential and introduction of preventive activities", part of the Rural Development Programme for the period 2007-2013 (RDP), as also supported by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD). Projects that contribute to the achievement of the objectives under these measure are listed as follows: 1. restoration of forests affected by forest fires and other natural disasters; 2. introduction and improvement of preventive activities to reduce forest fire dangers.
