Ordinance N. 21 of 7.07.2008 on the terms and conditions for providing grants under the measure "Improving the economic value of forests" of the Rural Development Programme for the period 2007-2013.

This Ordinance, based on the provisions of the Bulgarian Law on support to farmers, regulates the conditions and procedure for providing grant of projects under measure "Improvement of economic value of forests "from the Rural Development Programme for the period 2007-2013 (RDP), also supported by the European Agricultural Fund for rural development (EAFRD). Projects that contribute to the achievement of the objectives under these measures are: 1. improvement of felling for seed regeneration of forests, as well as continuing lighting to create tall forests; 2. improving the quality and quantity of wood through conducting appropriate silvicultural activities (felling and pruning); 3. supporting the modernization of specialized equipment for silvicultural activities, as well as the production and extraction of non-timber products from forests.
