Abstract
This Ordinance, based on the Provisions of the Bulgarian Law on the implementation of the common organization of agricultural markets of the European Union, regulates the conditions and procedure for granting emergency financial assistance according to Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/467 of 23 March 2022 providing for exceptional adjustment aid to producers in the agricultural sectors. This particular financial aid is provided to farmers from swine and poultry sector, viticulture sector and greenhouse production of vegetables. Article 3 (paragraph 2) sets the eligibility terms and conditions.
