Ordinance № 2 of 5 August 2020 on the implementation of measure 21 "Extraordinary temporary support for farmers and small and medium-sized enterprises that are particularly affected by crisis caused by COVID-19" of the Rural Development Programme for the period 2014-2020.

This Ordinance, as in accordance with the terms of national Law on support to farmers, lays down the conditions and procedure for the implementation of measure number 21 "Extraordinary temporary support for farmers and small and medium-sized enterprises particularly affected by the crisis caused by COVID-19" part of the Rural Development Programme for the period 2014 - 2020, and co-financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD). Farmers, micro, small and medium-sized enterprises and producer groups and organizations, which are particularly affected by the crisis caused by COVID-19, shall be supported, and the support will achieve the following objectives: 1. guaranteeing the competitiveness of agriculture and the viability of agricultural holdings; 2. ensuring continuity of the agricultural activities and of the activity of the small enterprises, engaged in processing, marketing or development of agricultural products; 3. preserving the health of those employed in agriculture.
