Abstract
This Ordinance regulates the conditions and procedures for implementing sub-measure 22.2 "Extraordinary temporary support for small and medium-sized enterprises affected by the consequences of the Russian invasion of Ukraine" of the Rural Development Program for the period 2014-2020 (RDDP 2014-2020), co-financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development. Eligible for support are micro, small and medium-sized enterprises that: 1. process agricultural products included in Annex I to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU), and the result of the production process may be outside Annex I to the TFEU; 2. are groups of producers, recognized by the Minister of Agriculture, in the following production sectors: a) cereals; b) medical and essential oil cultures; c) potatoes; d) milk; e) honey; f) fruits; g) vegetables; 3. are organizations of producers, recognized by the Minister of Agriculture, in the following production sectors: a) cereals and oil crops; b) medical and essential oil cultures; c) potatoes; d) milk and milk products; e) honey and bee products; f) fruits and vegetables.
