Abstract
This Regulation provides for the rules and methods for keeping the following public registers at the Bulgarian Ministry of Agriculture and Food: Register of authorized tobacco producers; Register of persons holding the license or permit for buying raw tobacco.
This text further sets the minimum requirements to be met by the premises and/or storage facilities for purchased tobacco.
The Annex is also part of this publication (containing administrative application forms).
