Abstract
This Ordinance regulates the conditions and procedure for submitting applications for assistance under several interventions (listed in Section I, article 1), included in the Strategic Plan for the Development of Agriculture and Rural Areas of the Republic of Bulgaria for the period 2023-2027, and by measures from the Programme for the Development of Rural Areas for the period 2014-2020. The system for submitting applications for support is part of the Integrated System for Administration and Control and contains information allowing to carry out preliminary checks on the availability of the conditions for receiving support, at the time of submission of applications for interventions and measures.
