Ordinance on the public register of operators performing the activities under Annex no. 1 to article 3, item 1 of the law on responsibility for prevention and remedy of environmental damage.

This Ordinance defines the content of the public register under article 15 of the Law on liability for preventing and remedying of environmental damage, as well as the order for providing information about its creation and maintenance. The entries of the data and circumstances in the register, the storage of documents and the giving of references are carried out by officials authorized by the Minister of Environment and Water. The register is maintained in electronic form. This Register is public and it will be published on the website of the Ministry of Environment and Water. Detailed contents of the Register are laid down in Chapter Two of this text (articles 4 and 5).
