Abstract
This Regulation prescribes measures necessary for the implementation into legal system of the Republic of Bulgaria of the Regulation (EC) No. 1005/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council on substances that deplete the ozone layer.
The rules part of this Regulation are aimed for persons who manufacture, import, export or place on the market controlled substances; persons who recycle, regenerate and/or dispose controlled substances and/or new substances; persons removing and/or using controlled substances; persons operating refrigeration, air-conditioning or heat pumping equipment, fire-fighting systems and/or equipment containing solvents based on controlled substances.
