Regulation on acquiring and withdrawal of the right of use of irrigation infrastructure on the sites of irrigation associations and on servicing equipment.

This Regulation sets the terms, legal and physical conditions and necessary procedures for acquiring and withdrawing, from the irrigation associations, the right to use the facilities of irrigation infrastructure and servicing equipment, if present on the land parcel or territory that is under concession contract (or used) by authorized Bulgarian irrigation association.
