Abstract
This Regulation adds and amends certain provisions part of the Regulation No. 1 of 10.10.2007 on the exploration, use and protection of groundwater (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 87/2007).
Changes are related to the added provisions in article 151 (paragraph 4, item 2), at the end of the text the following sentence shall be added "except in case of abstraction from mineral water sources or from low-water groundwater bodies"; Annex No. 1 to article 10 (containing the list of groundwater quality standards), is here amended.
