Regulation amending and supplementing the Regulation No. 105 of 2006 on the terms and procedure for creation, maintenance, access and use of the integrated administration and control system.

This Regulation amends several provisions part of the Regulation No. 105 of 2006 on the terms and procedure for creation, maintenance, access and use of the integrated administration and control system (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 82/2006, and amended in Gazettes 62/2007; 37 and 71/2008; 18/2011; 21 and 101/2012; and consolidated in the Gazette 22/2014).
Major changes are related to the basic contents and terms (article 1 re-edited); new title and several parts of the Chapter two (system of registration of applicants, applications for support and applications for payment); articles 3 and 5 are re-edited; significant modifications to the terms and conditions for creation, maintenance, access and use of the system of identification of agricultural lots (article 16).
