Abstract
This Regulation sets the necessary rules, terms and conditions for the creation, maintenance, access and use of: the system of registration of candidates and requests for assistance; the identification system for agricultural parcels; the system for the identification and registration of animals; the integrated control system; the integrated information system (systems created and under the responsibility of competent national bodies such as Payment Agency (PA), Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, and National Veterinary Service (NVS).
The above mentioned systems are constructed and maintained on the basis of records and graphic information such as computerized databases.
